All projects begin by filling out our studio application. From there, we’ll reach out to schedule a brief discovery call where you can share your story and ambitions, allowing us to become more familiar with your business and aspirations.

If our approach matches your needs and we decide we’re a good fit for each other, we’ll get contracts signed, send over a Welcome Packet, and prepare to begin building the brand and website of your dreams.

You’ve signed on the dotted line and now you’re ready to start the transformation. Great!

We’ve streamlined our project timeline to provide you with exactly what you need and none of the added upsell fluff (you can thank us later).

As soon as we’ve booked your project dates you’ll receive Welcome Packet. This document includes an outline of your specific project schedule along with content requests and deliverable dates for the client (that’s you!) and the studio.

Design Intensive clients are also required to complete a thorough Onboarding Questionnaire that will guide us in identifying the key brand elements that will help us tell your story in a way that will resonate best with your target audience —

Hold on tight, because we work fast!

Once we’re set on the story and strategy behind your brand, we’ll present you with a brand suite that includes: 1 Primary Wordmark Logo, 1 Secondary Logo/Favicon, your Brand Color Palette, and Font Selection. When you review and approve the designs, and we’ll take your new visual brand identity and begin building out your custom webpage designs.

By the end of day 8, you’ll be reviewing a fully-functional draft of your sophisticated new site. We’ll make refinements base off of your feedback and prepare to finalize your project.

When the project is complete, we’ll meet virtually to walk you through all the ins-and-outs of your new website.

Once final invoices are paid, you’ll receive an organized Google Drive folder with all of your brand assets and files, we’ll transfer ownership of your new website and prepare to celebrate the launch of your coming success!
